Join me and my daughters (who are 10 and 15) and up to 4-6 others mom/daughter duos/trios in a beautiful place where we can relax, rest, and refuel and have loads of FUN! You will be sharing a room with other duos/trios but you and your daughter will have your own bed to share or own bunk/trundle!
Each mother and her daughter(s) will have their very own table to do any activities, crafts, etc. we do over the weekend. This weekend will have several included group activities such as games, making cards/letters for each others, pedicures you do to each other, facials, art activities, a group hike, afternoon tea and more. Any other free time, you’re invited to bring your own thing to do: think puzzles together, make a craft you bring together, etc. There is plenty to do! Go relax in the hot tub, enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch, or head out on the little lake in a canoe or take walk. Or even chat or play a card game with your new mother/daughter friends!
We are going to have such a fun, memorable weekend!
Arrival time is 3:00pm on Friday, July 26th. Check out is by 3:00pm Sunday, July 28th. Come whenever you can, stay as long as you’re able! If you have more than 1 daughter, the extra cost per daughter is $100. Minimum/max ages for daughters: 7-18.
Cost includes:
- 2 nights stay
- amenities (wifi, hot tub, bath/bed linens, fully equipped kitchen, etc)
- use of your very own fun/craft/etc area
- family-style meals **note, see below
- water bottles, lemonade, sparkling water, tea, coffee & creamer, fruit, veggies and dip
- 5-6 included activities
- goodie bag!
- optional photo shoot with you daughter/s with professional photographer, extra fee, based on interest
*note about meals: Grab and go breakfast will be available every day, including; pastries, bagels, eggs (cook your own) and fruit, along with vanilla yogurt with granola. For dinner Friday, lunch Saturday, dinner Saturday, brunch Sunday and desserts each night, guests will take turns preparing meals/desserts. Each mother/daughter will provide one (1) meal or dessert for all attendees. Y’all will work together, deciding on your menu keeping anyone’s allergies in mind, bringing ingredients, and preparing a meal, including clean up afterwards. You will prepare and we will all eat meals family-style in the cabin kitchen together. If you’d rather not participate in meal making/cleaning up, you may choose to pay a $50 fee.
IMPORTANT details:
- $150 deposit to confirm your spot, via Paypal (friends and family only), FB messenger or Zelle, this is refundable up until 6/10/24
- Total Balance is due by 6/10/24, feel free to pay in full at any time by that date.
- Refund policy is as follows: ALL monies paid to me are refundable, if you cancel by 6/10/24. Any cancellation after that date for any reason (illness, family circumstances, emergencies or other reasons) cannot be refunded BUT you may try and sell your spot to someone on the waitlist to recoup your money. No exceptions to this policy can be made for any reason.
- Note: the main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and some bedrooms. Upstairs is a loft and a bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is the entire crafting/fun/etc area with kitchenette as well as a bedroom and bathroom. You need to be able to go up and down stairs.
- Please bring a snack and/or a beverage you love to share with your new friends (examples include brownie brittle, cheese and crackers, your favorite chips, nuts, 12 pack of coke, your favorite adult beverage, etc.)
- You will be sharing a room with new friends, even if you request a roommate, as there are multiple beds in all rooms and/or in loft. Some ladies stay up late or chat, some go to bed early- it is different each retreat. Bring ear plugs if noise in an issue for you during sleeping and possibly a mask for your eyes!
- PLEASE NOTE: if any of the the retreats do not have a minimum of 3 mom/daughter groups by balance in full date, I- Rachel, the host have a right to cancel and refund in FULL, all retreat guests.
